I'm starting a new diet. I'm very excited about it. If you want to know more then simply google "HCG diet" and you will find plenty.
Start date will be Thursday November 4th. End date is November 26th (yes, the day after Thanksgiving. Luckily I don't live in the U.S right now). I hope to loose anywhere from 15-25 lbs in this short time (the more the better). Then I will have just enough time to do a 3 week stabilization period and go home for Christmas. My hope is to now gain weight this Christmas season and then do another round of this diet in January to further my weight loss. I will be posting daily as a journal for my diet. Come along and watch me shrink!
